Once your course is over the best way to keep in shape and grow is to participate in regular training. at ocean instinct we do our best to get new and former students training for improving their skills or preparing for their next course level
Freediver pool training
location: Aquaculture Brookvale ( 25m pool )
When: 6:45-7:45pm Tuesday and Wednesday
Price: $30 + pool entry fee
Join us for coached pool sessions in the evenings on the northern beaches. Let us know what you aim to get from your training and if there are any major goals your would like to achieve.
Groups will be kept small with a maximum of 4 divers per lane during training. with over a decade of experience in pool training we look forward to helping you develop your freediving.
